I brought my car in for routine maintenance. I had a brief list of items to be checked. But! She proclaimed there’s nothing that can be done about it. Also by GPS is not working. My MDX was towed in on Friday early evening after talking to someone on the phone who assured me it would be look at on Saturday by 10 am and someone would call me.Imposible to talk to anyone. Said service technician would call right away. Never heard from him. They were supposed to call me on Saturday with diagnosis, that didn’t happen. Spent all day Monday trying to contact service person. Only person that delivered his promise was Bruce. Picked up my car on Tuesday. Seems to run okay but has strong smell of gas. Waited a day to see if smell goes away and it hasn’t. Called your place twice. Of course got Voice Mail again. Left message. No one has called me back. Btw they replaced my fuel pump. ( Recalled).
