Remember this name: Venessa Torres, Finance Manager. She is a fraud. She will push to sell you extra protection for your new auto when it already comes with substantial coverage and warranties. Customer service is at times very mediocre and people are not friendly. I drove over an hour for a service appt only to be turned down upon arrival bc the service dept was closed and no one bothered to call not friendly. They stated their computer system was down and did not try to find a solution or re-schedule my appt. So disappointed with the service and wish I would have purchased my car elsewhere. More
