Disappointed with Rick Case Acura as my wife took our Honda Accord for an oil change instead driving out to Weston. Only the oil was changed and we received a $104.00 bill. After she arrived home I saw Honda Accord for an oil change instead driving out to Weston. Only the oil was changed and we received a $104.00 bill. After she arrived home I saw the bill and called RC Honda and they related the entire charge would be Around $70.00. Call Acura and Svc Mgr stated they don’t make a big profit and they might have better volume for the price difference. I remarked it is same oil and labor time. He stated he would mark it down for next service and I request a call back on the difference for this service after he called His Honda dealership. He advised he would call back and I have not heard a word. I don’t think he cared about customer service. More
