Both are extremely nice and friendly which goes without saying, but during my last trip to Richmond Ford West, both Mr. Foust and Mr. Williams went out of their way to ensure 'I' left their dealership a satisfied customer even though I was dealing with a completely different department. Just Had to Write Another Review! I brought my new Fusion back in to have the Crystal Fusion and interior/exterior protection package installed. I received such wonderful service (agai I brought my new Fusion back in to have the Crystal Fusion and interior/exterior protection package installed. I received such wonderful service (again!) that I had to write another review. Joey was an absolutely delight. He was very thorough in explaining what I needed to do to ensure that the interior and exterior of my car remained in pristine condition - as well explain the warranty features on my windshield. I may not remember everything he said (it's a lot to soak in - pun intended!), but I feel completely comfortable giving him a call if I have any questions. I wish more car dealerships had a Joey Foust - makes the car buying experience so much more appealing. More

Not just window dressing This dealership has been utterly transformed from the previous ownership into a truly customer service focused operation. The waiting lounge (with water and sodas, wi-fi), the shuttle service, and friendly people make it easy to drop your car off for service. However, the real mark of a quality dealership is not just how you're treated when you have money to spend, but rather how you are treated when there is an error that will cost the dealership money. Every repair shop screws up sometimes. After an unnecessarily expensive repair to my 2003 Focus I sent a complaint to the service manager, explaining why. Within the same day I received calls from the service manager and the general manager both with apologies for the excessive repairs, thanks for letting them know of the problem, assurances that the problem would be addressed, AND a refund of the repair bill. Their concern with my satisfaction was absolutely sincere as was their concern that work be done right. It takes honorable people to actually DO right, not just talk about it. I'm impressed enough to come back. More

Premium Car Care Protection First all, today was like different movie themes. I was excited to bring the car up to Michael, but he never called to say it was ready. In fact, we h First all, today was like different movie themes. I was excited to bring the car up to Michael, but he never called to say it was ready. In fact, we had to call them. (That was a mystery) Then we were transferred 3 times and were told Michael was not there. We still should have been notified by someone else. (That was a drama suspense) However, the customer superhero was Joey Foust. He understood our frustration, apologized sincerely, and was the highlight of our evening. Joey gets 5 stars for going the extra mile. (Superhero action packed ending) give the man a raise! :) More
