I was a little afraid to scrub and damage the clear coat, so I dropped by the Dealer and explained all to Mr. Joey Foust, guest services manager. He graciously took the car and returned it 15 minutes later with the paint spots gone, gratis. Richmond Ford West continues to amaze me with their focus on customer service. Thanks, Joey. More
