Scheduled appointment for inspection, new tires $, oil change etc… arrived on time . Told me 2 - 21/2 hours . Received a call one hour in - they didn’t have tires in stock ( although that was on initial change etc… arrived on time . Told me 2 - 21/2 hours . Received a call one hour in - they didn’t have tires in stock ( although that was on initial request), it would be a extra hour - I’m a waiting customer.. I agreed . Waited until 2 - checked with a new service guy ( Phil was on lunch ) … No tires available and they didn’t do any of other stuff . No phone call, car sitting in lot … and saw me sitting and waiting … one wasted day I should charge them for ! Not to mention no apology, nothing .. Needless to say - I won’t go back there ! More
Wife was traveling in Richmond this week visiting a family member. ABS warning light came on over the weekend. Called in Monday morning to get warranty service and was told THE FIRST SERVICE DATE AVI family member. ABS warning light came on over the weekend. The night before, I was asked to reschedule until the following week. The promised service time was two hours, turned out to be nearly four. The cost of the service was over 20% above promised price. It pains me to say this as I've been coming to this dealer for years, but ... I'm not coming back More
Just wanted to give a shout out to Joey Foust (Guest Services Manager). Joey helped to expedite my accessories on my new truck (leveling kit, oversize tires, spray in liner, and bed cover). Very knowledgeable and friendly, hooked me up with a loaner vehicle - and made the overall experience very easy. My truck looks fantastic. I feel confident that as I continue to enjoy my new truck, Joey (and the other folks at Richmond Ford - West) will be there for me and help me with any questions, other accessories, and while servicing my vehicle over time. DO NOT GO TO RICHMOND FORD WEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I wish I could rate below a one star, and I would have looked at these reviews before bringing our Ford car here. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The only reason we went here was because it was a warranty problem and it was close to us at the time. It was like pulling teeth for them to act on the issue and do anything. I had to get in touch with the service manager to get anything done and inform them of a COPUS order to get a part. I dealt with Chris Coffey in service and later a lady that were the WORST. Never return my calls, emails, never put in a COPUS order for the transmission module until a month and a half after having our car, never got us a rental car after saying they were getting us one, and had our car for over two months. We had relocated at this time so we had to spend additional money to go and pick up our car. As I said, do not take your car here. They are were the worst in service and providing good customer service. They are a large dealership, so they don’t realize where the problem stems from. More
Joey did a great job taking care of getting the ceramic treatment applied to my new Shelby Mustang. Looked great when I picked it up a little ahead of the expected time.
