From Stephanie Riggsby for her contacting me directly to set up an appointment for a test drive, and literally within minutes of my online inquiry. She was very friendly and obviously very responsive. Upon our arrival at the site, Greg was the first one onsite to show us the vehicle and he too was very friendly, very laid back and not what I consider to be a "normal" car sales person. I'm not one for pushy and he was not. He was very personable and very accommodating to me and to my husband and accompanied us on our test drive of the vehicle. He was also very accommodating and meeting me on my schedule to come back the next day to finalize and paperwork and make the actual purchase. Thanks to Michael for explaining all of the Guest Services items and what was included and available to us on our new purchase. Again, very friendly, very accommodating and not "pushy". And then there is Doug who put the final touches of financing on the vehicle and did an excellent job in getting us the best deal possible to meet our needs. Not to mention an old friend from the past. This truly was a pleasant experience for us. No one was pushing and made us feel welcome versus darting through the cars to dodge the typical sales folks. This is what I consider to be a very well run "family" business who makes each team member and customer feel part of their family and always welcome!! how painless can it get. i came in with an agenda, it was met without conflict. it just doesn't get any easier than that. i was fortunate enough to be teamed with marvin taylo i came in with an agenda, it was met without conflict. it just doesn't get any easier than that. i was fortunate enough to be teamed with marvin taylor. a man that had not only the answers to my questions at hand, but they were the right answers. he was able help me in the selection process, anticipating my vehicle wants and needs. very personable, as was micheal timperio whom was tasked with trying to help me understand some of the necessary options often overlooked by shoppers. options that don't cost me more money, but instead save me money over the long run, by keeping the value of my vehicle at a higher rate. this goes without saying, that i will be the winner in the next trade up round. then the often stressful duty of the person that has to run the numbers and explain all the why's and why-nots to make it fit my budget. this was without a doubt the quickest and easiest process. thank you doug williams for making available the word painless. it was appreciated. lastly there was a follow up call from the internet manager within 24 hours of my purchase just to insure that my visit, my purchase, my experience was satisfying and without regret. thank you stephanie riggsby for asking and of course i reported zero regrets. love my car and enjoyed the ride within the dealership. the were a couple of other people responsible for my purchase whose names i don't recall, please forgive. i met so many people there, it was difficult to memorize all the names. i'm sure marvin can shed light on who they were. tell ron that jason had a wonderful experience again. I had visited other dealerships including the Broad street location. After talking to Stephanie and explaining what we wanted to accomplish, she assured me that she could help. After meeting with Stephanie and taking a test drive with Mr. Marvin Taylor and reiterating what we needed to do, we made a deal on a very nice F250. Not only were we impressed with our salesman but, also with Angela "the finance wizard". We were treated like family by all the people that we came in contact with.
