However the saleman Greg wasn't willing to let me leave easily. He wanted to help very much and insisted that I leave some type of contact information. I agreed only to receive a text message with vehicle info and a picture if possible, otherwise I wanted no contact. He did just that. Greg was able to find a vehicle with a price and options I was interested and in. He meet me that sunday afternoon and I took if for a drive and was sold. He did exactly what I wanted done. I have been very pleased with everything. Thank you richmond ford west. More

Excellent service, attentive, and very thorough in explaining details of the Sale and Protection options of my new 2014 Ford Mustang GT. I even scheduled my 2010 Ford F-150 for Armor Guard protection at the same time because the benefits of Paint and Interior protection were so appealing. Both gentlemen were very approachable, knowledgeable and patient with answering even the smallest of questions in a quick an timely manner. SERVICE: My previous experience at Richmond Ford West (one month prior to my new purchase) was great; Carlyle Cordele took good care of me, which lead me to the return to purchase my new Mustang. The locations stigma cause by Universal Ford has been removed... love Richmond Ford West and so glad Good people are there to take care of our community. More

No Service at all! The rear window of our 2013 Ford Mustang broke while we were on a road trip to St. Louis. Since it happened without any apparent cause, we were sure t The rear window of our 2013 Ford Mustang broke while we were on a road trip to St. Louis. Since it happened without any apparent cause, we were sure that our factory warranty would cover the damage. At Ford in St. Louis, the service people were very unhelpful (they couldn't even offer any duct tape), they basically said they couldn't fix it in less than a week. So we drove back all the way to take the car to Richmond Ford West, where we had bought it. When we told CARLYLE the story about the Ford dealer in St. Louis, the first thing he said was that this would never happen at Richmond Ford West. But it was even WORSE! We left the car with them on a Saturday and NEVER heard back from them until the next Thursday, when I called them to find out that the warranty doesn't cover this damage. CARLYLE did not return my phone calls nor the ones of the Geico insurance assessor and it was hard to get him on the phone at all. When I finally had him on the phone, he kept asking silly questions like where had we bought the car and who was the owner, even though we had personally given him all that information on Saturday, when we handed the car over to CARLYLE. So after a whole week of doing nothing, CARLYLE really couldn't have cared less, they hadn't even ordered the parts and they simply said that we should get our insurance to pay for it. When we bought the car, we were actually very pleased with Richmond Ford West, because everything went very smoothly. But now that we had encountered a problem with our car that wasn't our fault at all, there was no customer-friendliness at all. We had actually thought about replacing our old Isuzu with a new Ford SUV, but now we will definitely look elsewhere. More
