My first Ford I was in on July 4th to look at a Ford Fusion. I had rented several for out of town trips through rental car companies and knew that I really liked t I was in on July 4th to look at a Ford Fusion. I had received an email from Mr Dave Gill with some possible options to look at that day (as I had a scheduled appt time). I test drove one but ended up buying a different one. I was trading in my current vehicle, however didn't have it with me initially as I wasn't sure if I'd be buying a new one that day...needless to say, I did purchase a new car, and I didn't figure I would be driving it off the lot as I didn't bring my trade in with me. I had just assumed I'd bring the trade in the next morning, sign over my title and exchange my old car for my new one. I was very pleasantly surprised when the manager on duty said I'd be able to drive my new car home with dealer tags and still come back the next day to officially have the tags transferred. So at the end of a long day I got to leave with my pretty new car. It was a great experience! More

Great Experience I went to this dealership to see about maybe leasing a Ford Escape. I had just that day retired & had to leave town the next day so time was short. The salesman was great! He understood my time limitations & made it happen. The lady in finance was also extremely helpful & quick (but thorough). I picked up the car the next day & headed out. Mr. Foust sold me an armor shield & oil change pkg. I had the armor shield done on 6/28 & he had a loaner ready for me, no delay. The work was completed in the time frame promised & he walked me out to the car to inspect the job & explained about the products to use in caring for the car's interior & exterior going forward. Both the general sales manager and the sales manager interacted to make sure I was completely satisfied with their entire process. I had already been preapproved and had not considered using their finance but Angela used one finance source and beat my credit union's best rate. Joey explained their two year no hassle all inclusive service and I' drove away the next day in my new explorer and have a local dealer to bring it to. Being a veteran of big ticket sales I applaud the entire process at Richmond ford . More

out looking I went to Richmond Ford on a saturday after finding a vehicle on there website that I liked. Needless to say they sold it friday night. However the saleman Greg wasn't willing to let me leave easily. He wanted to help very much and insisted that I leave some type of contact information. I agreed only to receive a text message with vehicle info and a picture if possible, otherwise I wanted no contact. He did just that. Greg was able to find a vehicle with a price and options I was interested and in. He meet me that sunday afternoon and I took if for a drive and was sold. He did exactly what I wanted done.
