We needed a new, more spacious ride. And now we have one – thanks to our friends at Richmond Ford West. From initial internet inquiry, to test drive, to signing the dotted line (or 30), to waving goodbye as I drove off the lot in my new 2014 Ford Escape – I was beyond impressed. Every employee there plays a role, and while each individual person is fantastic, it’s the feeling of having a team on your side that makes the customer experience truly unique. Special thanks to Shawn Kelley for listening to me gush about my puppy and mourn the trade-in of my beloved Mustang. To Doug Williams, whose comforting words and guidance throughout the sales process reminded me of my own father. Also, to Michael Timperio, who made sure my ride was perfect. This guy loves his job, and it shows. Two weeks after purchase, I attended the New Owner’s Product & Technology Seminar. I cannot say enough good about this event – free dinner, learned a little something and won a fantastic door prize (cleaning supplies for my new ride!). I’ve always been loyal to Ford.
