They made sure of what I wanted, and a price range that would fit my budge. They gave me quite a lot of choice in that price to look at. I had also gone to their website and pick a few I also wanted to look at. The salesman, Ben Kramer, was very familiar with the options that were on truck I was looking at and took the time to explain them to me. Believe me I did make him work for the sale and I was up for the task. Really enjoyed working with him and will tell others looking to by to stop by his desk to get them to help them. The finance department made sure that they got us the lowest percentage rate out there. My wife told them it had to be under a certain percentage and they met that challenge. Joey Foust introduced us to several product to help keep our truck looking new for a long. The truck had a spray in bed liner and a Flex brand top over the bed liner that they had added. This is something I suggest you get if you buy a pickup. He went over all the feature the truck came with and made sure we knew how they worked. He was a hoot to have explain things to you. If you want a new or use car, suv or truck please save yourself the grief and hassel you get at other dealerships. Buy from the Friendly DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!! More

Wonderful experience at Richmond Ford West My wife and I were looking to purchase a reliable used vehicle and stopped by this dealership to take look at what they had. Our first contact was wi My wife and I were looking to purchase a reliable used vehicle and stopped by this dealership to take look at what they had. Our first contact was with Sam Adams. He asked us what we were looking for and in what price range. We told him what our range was and he pointed us to a couple vehicles. My saw saw the Ruby Red Taurus and fell in love with it. Sam worked with us to complete the necessary paperwork before going to Finance. What a great experience with Sam. We then met Joey Foust and reviewed some of the materials that are needed to treat the interior and exterior of our vehicle. We purchased the Auto Armor Car Protection from Joey. He scheduled us to return back in a week to put the protection on and my gosh did it make our vehicle pop. Joey arranged a loaner vehicle for us and everything was completed to our satisfaction. Then came Michael and Finance. We worked with Michael to complete the paperwork and closed the deal. Michael found us financing and within and hour of when we set foot on the property we had purchased a new vehicle and drove away. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this dealer made everything seem so easy and stress free. Thanks to Sam, Joey and Michael for making us a satisfied couple. More
