Great experience purchasing our new Explorer Joey was very helpful in presenting the paint and interior protection options to us after we agreed to purchase our new Explorer. All options were presented, times were discussed, and ultimately Saturday hours were found for the product installation. The warranty app was explained as well. A loaner vehicle was available. Our vehicle was done on time and with care. Instructions were given to us for how to maintain the interior/exterior of our vehicle. All in all a great experience so far with Joey. Sam did a great job finding the appropriate inventory and facilitating the purchase of our vehicle. He took us to the car, demonstrated its features, and answered all questions. He then followed up with us a few days after the sale. More
