This was my son's first experience in buying a car, so I wanted to make sure that his first experience would be a good experience. I was referred to Micheal Johnson at Richmond Ford West by a previous, very satisfied customer. Their entire team went over and beyond my expectations. The entire process was a very smooth process and both my son and I are extremely pleased. Micheal Johnson, Patrick Way, Marvin Taylor, as well as other team members, made all of this happen for us and made purchasing a car a great experience.
