JACK THE TALL ONE IS NOTHING LESS THAN PERFECT AND THE TIME AND EFFORT HE GIVE TO MAKE "THINGS HAP mY VISIT TO FORD YESTERDAY WAS WONDERFUL AS ALWAYS. JACK THE TALL ONE IS NOTHING LESS THAN PERFECT AND THE TIME AND EFFORT HE GIVE TO MAKE "THINGS HAPPEN' IS UNBELIEVEABLE. JACK HAS SOLD ME 2 CARS AND EVEN MORE TO MY FAMILY. HE IS FAMILY. I VISITED ANOTHER FORD IN NORFOLK VIRGINIA AND I WAS DISGUSTED; THEIR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE AND MADE RETURN TO RICHMOND FORD THE NEXST DAY. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AS ALWAYS THAT ARE CERTAIN TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. AUSTIN WAS RUNNIG ALL OTHER THE PLACE BUT HE STILL HAD TIME TO MAKE THING HAPPEM FOR ME. MR. EDGERTON LET ME DRIVE HIM CRAZY WITH NUMBERS BUT HE PROVIDE ME WITH NOTHING LESS THAN SATIFACTION. LOL MR. SWIFT EFFORT WZAS GREATLY APPRECIATED ESPECIALLY WHEN HE MADE SURE THAT I GOT EVERY DISCOUNT POSSIBLE TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE WITH THE PRICE OF MY PURCHASE. More

I don't even bother taking the time to check the pricing at other Ford Dealerships. I leave, with keys in hand, knowing that Jack gave me the best deal available. Every purchase has been a pleasant one. The last two vehicles have been leases. Looking forward in three years, when my lease is up, to pay Jack a visit. Also, my 26 year old wanted to purchase her first new car. I called Jack and talked to him about what she was interested in, and if we could stop by. By the time we drove to Richmond Ford, Jack had a car parked out front, with dealer plates attached, and handed her the keys for a test drive. She decided on a different color, but they did not have it in inventory... Jack found the car she wanted at another dealership, he personally went and picked it up.......SOLD. During the 44 years I've been purchasing vehicles, I must say, I wish I would have met Jack YEARS AGO :-) More

My Richmond Ford Positive Sales Experience I recently visited Richmond Ford to purchase a new tire which had been disabled. While there I spoke to salesman Jack Conner with whom I had purchased I recently visited Richmond Ford to purchase a new tire which had been disabled. While there I spoke to salesman Jack Conner with whom I had purchased two previous vehicles. Based on that meeting I decided to look at a 2014 Ford Fusion SE which had an appealing rebate. Jack Conner convinced me that this would be an opportune time to trade (my vehicle had relatively low mileage and presented well for trade in). I made a decision in quick order, received from Richmond Ford a fair trade, and was able to take delivery the day of purchase. I also liked the chance to deal with Ford Motor Credit. Mark Snyder is the Customer Service representative at Richmond Ford, and he made a nice presentation on some quality care services which I purchased. Collision Center - excellent work!! I had collision repair done on my 2003 BMW 530i and it was excellent! I was hesitant to take a BMW to a Ford dealership for anything, let alone colli I had collision repair done on my 2003 BMW 530i and it was excellent! I was hesitant to take a BMW to a Ford dealership for anything, let alone collision repair, but the collision repair center's receptionist indicated that they have the best painters in town. This faciity is approved by my insurance company, and having been disappointed by other collision repair places in the past, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Richmond Ford. Not only was the service advisor friendly and helpful but the repair was done very well. They even went so far as to touch up a few spots on the back bumper at no charge AND the car was vacuumed and very nicely cleanup on upon getting it back. The interior was vacuumed while the exterior was washed and the tires dresed. The rims were even shiny. I highly recommend the Richmond Ford collison center, and while I hope I won't be needing this kind of service, I won't hesitate a second to take another vehicle there. More

There is a good reason this dealer has been around so long.. Easy to deal with. And the service hours are great, which goes along well with the service that comes with the vehicle.
