The Challenger did good but we wanted to weigh out all of our options, Cheverolet never came to mind and was out of the question. So we went to Richmond Ford, on Broad St. To see what they had. We looked around and found the Roush Stage 3 Mustang. Samuel Adams, our salesman, can out with a dealer tag and went over the entire car with us. We both test drove the car and we fell in love with it. Yes, we did take it home Saturday afternoon. My husband and I have always dealt with another Ford Dealership, in the surrounding area, and was very surprised when we went to Richmond Ford. To pass the time, I decided to check out the used Mustangs on the lot. Much to my surprise I found a beautiful black 2007 GT Coupe. A car like this is exactly what my wife and I have been discussing recently. After talking over my find with her that evening, we decided to have a look the next day. She loved it. Not knowing any of the sales staff, we went to see our service advisor and Tony Fructuoso. We have known Tony for a number of years and have learned to trust his good judgement. Tony provided a personal escort to Jack's cubicle and introduced us. From the first moment we met, Jack made us feel like family. During the process of purchasing the vehicle, he proved to be both knowledgeable and efficient. He repeatedly bent over backwards to meet our every need and make the experience extremely pleasant. Sam Adams, a former Marine (thank you for your service to our USA), has experience in cars/vehicle sales, and it shows. Sam was able to demonstrate to us the special features of the SUV we looked at, and rode along on our test drive to be available to answer additional questions and guide us to various types of driving areas. Austin Dombrowski made sure our vehicle was delivered to us in a timely fashion, and Darrick Jones handled the paperwork and financing with a smile and gentle humor. Our first contact with Richmond Ford Lincoln was via the Internet. Both Kayla Kosiewicz and Danielle Hodges introduced themselves when we arrived at the dealership in person. A first impression is so important, even over the Internet, and these ladies were wonderful!
