Chirs is wonderful! He is: (1) a very good listener, (2) very professional yet sincerely friendly, (3) extremely knowledgeable about cars and car parts and workings, (4) knows how to personally handle car issues, (5) always willing to help you personally, (6) will definitely go out of his way to help you, and (7) always makes sure you are happy with your experience at Ford!!! Chris is not related to me, but I almost feel like I am working with my brother (I actually do have a brother named Chris Jones!). Whatever your needs for parts, collision, or repair issues, Chris makes you feel that Ford will handle your situation with the utmost care and concern. He always makes sure that you get your car back in as a quick of a turn-around as is possible and considerately lets you know what to expect. There are never any "surprises." I have had Chris help me with both some minor cosmetic repairs as well as some collision damage. Chris always gives you his full attention.
