What was Supposed to be my Valentine's gift from my husband,we test drove the vehicle, everyone was so attentive,and that's where it ENDED,after we signed in the dotted line,we were lied to time & time husband,we test drove the vehicle, everyone was so attentive,and that's where it ENDED,after we signed in the dotted line,we were lied to time & time again,to get simple things that should have been handled the day of the sale.It is now almost 2 months later ,and after numerous calls,messages,even talked to a Sales Manager,and told That they would get this "Issue"taken care of and get back with me ,I'm still waiting...... Needless to say they have LOST our family as a customer!!!! I was on a time crunch to pick up my grandson and Shaakir made sure I did not miss my deadline and sold me a reliable 2017 Ford Escape. Although I was pressed for time, Shaakir never pressured me or rushed me into a decision. If anything i was the rushing one. Everyone were professional and made the experience as pleasant as always.
