Jacob kept in touch with us during the process, but was never pushy. He was always polite and also personable. He was a great help in deciding which vehicle to buy. The vehicle which he presented as the best fit for us was the best fit. We bought it and have had it a week now. I keep looking for excuses to drive it. We will return to Jacob for our next vehicle and are recommending him to our friends. The vehicle I chose was actually overpriced in my book, but after some spirited interaction with the sales manager, we were quite happy with the "out the door price". The sales man Chris, was very compliant and made my experience comfortable! They have a nice waiting area, Wi-Fi, cold drinks and television. I can see how one could have a comfortable wait, if necessary. All in all, I had a fun day there buying my car & hope to return later and purchase another! More
