Excellent experience I hadn't looked at a car at a dealership or even considered purchasing and financing a car for so many years. I'd seen a car that interested me, but I hadn't looked at a car at a dealership or even considered purchasing and financing a car for so many years. I'd seen a car that interested me, but I'd pretty well talked myself out of looking at it. I'm very bad at remembering names but remember faces well...everyone was so nice to me here. After I'd checked the car out on the internet, they kept calling me to come in and look at it. Finally Austin called and was like the third or fourth person to tell me what a great car this was and I caved and came in. When I came in, everyone was so very nice to me...I came in trying to think positive but not expecting to drive the car off the lot that day. Nikki was my sales person and the whole process was pretty easy and painless. So after everything was submitted I sat and waited, hoping for the best. Next thing I know, Nikki is back with dealer tags and the keys...I say I have it? She said it looks like you're gonna get it to me. She was very helpful, and her attitude was very refreshing, as I was expecting a pushy salesperson. She took all the time necessary to see that I was satisfied as I was searching for a vehicle. As it turned out she was able to put me in a brand new Ford Escape. I would reccomend Ms.Shipley to others who are looking to purchase a used or new vehicle. More
