The unexpected come true I visited this dealership on the 31st of August to have my Explorer serviced so it would pass inspection and be drive able after having my car stolen. I had no intention or the slightest thought of considering a new vehicle, let alone even set foot on the showroom floor. However, while waiting on the service department to inspect my Explorer, I did happen to wander on to the sales floor merely out of curiosity. The staff was every bit polite, courteous, and genuinely interested in my wants and needs after I began talking to them about my situation and explaining the theft of my car. In the end, I sat down with Jessica and had her run some figures for me on a car that had peaked my interest - simply out of curiosity. While she and I were speaking, the service department returned with the estimate on the repairs to my Explorer, which ended up being much more than I expected or could afford. After much discussion and deliberation, I was presented with a decent trade offer on my Explorer by the sales team and was even given a conditional offer on my stolen car if it was recovered. At the end of the day, I left Richmond Ford Lincoln with a car fresh off the showroom floor and a deal that could never be matched and a price that I never imagined I could afford. At no point was the sales team pushy or forceful in the decision making process. They were completely honest and did not want me to make a decision in haste that I would be the least bit uncomfortable. I would recommend this dealership and its team to anyone ever needing a new vehicle. Their quality of service is unmatched. More
