Nikki responded quickly, having found the vehicle we were looking for in another state. When we went to the dealership, there was no run-around. The numbers did not change from the internet quote. Sales Manager, Jose Avila, even threw in a couple of extras to seal the deal! The car was secured from a dealership out of state that night and was ready for us the next day! Nikki did a great job showing us how the computer worked and programming our phones to the car. More

I went in originally looking for a used truck, but when speaking to the sales pe I had a great experience shopping for a new vehicle at Richmond Ford. I went in originally looking for a used truck, but when speaking to the sales person, Chris Gold, he showed me it was not only affordable, but better to get into a new one. He showed me a new '15 F150 that I loved and wanted to get into that day. I gave them all my info and he had the general sales manager, Austin Dumbrowski, and head finance guy, Sof Yahiaoui, work to get me the financing for the truck. Those guys worked like crazy to not only get me the financing for the truck, but to get me a great deal and beter payments than I could have asked for. I would highly recommend not only Richmond Ford as a dealership, but I recommend you ask for Chris Gold who did great helping me out through the entire deal!! More
