After looking at two other dealerships that day we were recommend by friends to Richmond Ford Lincoln. Upon arrival we were greeted by a fantastic sales person, Justin as well as many of the managers. We came in looking for a specific vehicle that we thought was the best we could afford on our budget. However, we were offered an AMAZING deal on the truck of my husband's dreams. After a long day of car shopping we arrived at this dealership at 7:15pm and were driving away in a brand new vehicle that very same night. All the other dealerships tried to sell us something on the lot that was convenient for them. At Richmond Ford Lincoln they found the perfect vehicle that happened to be at another location, but they took us to it right away. Everyone was extremely accommodating. We could not be happier with the service we received! We left feeling like the entire team really cared about us and came together to make it possible for us to get the best deal for our growing family. My husband is now driving a truck he never thought he would own at a completely reasonable monthly payment! We are so thankful to Justin, Austin, Franco, and Daryl for all of their hard work. Sales person Cody Barr helped me through entire process from start to finish and beyond, even helping to take care of a few minor concerns after the sale, none of which even had anything to do with him. Helped me get a few get a few paint issues taken care of with Chris Jones in the Collision Center, and even gave me a car to drive in the meantime. He is the best salesperson there, Bar(r) none. Finance managers Sofiane Yahiaoui, Darryl Edgerton, and Casey Longest worked me through the entire process, from getting me approved and getting my payment where I needed it to be, to coaching though which Extended Service plans were best for my situation and coaching me through how to get setup to pay online. Sales managers Jose Avila, Austin Dombrowski, and Franco Perrone were also helpful throughout the entire process. Big thanks also to Lynda Summers for offering supplemental products for my vehicle. Usually dealerships want to sell you this and that or make your payment much higher, but I did not really incur that with Richmond Ford. The price was as stated on vehicle, there was no haggling to deal with or any other BS. Stand firm in what you want and do not want and you will get the car that you like. I will say that Jason T. was very professional and courteous with me since I came and did my purchase just before closing time. I will be going back to see Jason for future purchases. I purchased a vehicle with a few flaws and Jason took care of me after the sale. This is in my eyes exceeding expectations of ensuring the customer is pleased with the transaction. More
