I recently took my car in to get an inspection and received a call from Mark Revely, he told me about Ford's new upgrade program and how they were looking to buy vehicles like mines that have been serviced through their dealership. At first I was a little reluctant, I didn't think i was going to trade in my car and get a brand new one that day. Mark and his manager Sofiane worked really hard with me to make sure I was happy with everything and made me feel very comfortable. Their goal wasn't to just make a sale, it was to give me a valuable experience that I could never forget.
