We looked at other brands, at other dealerships around town, but felt like they were trying to sell us just anything without concern for quality or our specific needs. By the time we got to Richmond Ford Lincoln, we were discouraged with the whole car buying process and getting close to just purchasing something from an online retailer. Mark Revely and Chris Williams, who had stayed late to meet us, totally turned it around. They listened to what we were hoping to get out of our new vehicle (and what model we thought we wanted), and encouraged us to consider the CPO Lincolns. We hadn't even put Lincolns on our research list, but after an extended test drive and a great deal, we were sold. Mark, who had to leave a weekend family event, met us at the dealership the following morning to sign the papers. The whole process was quick and easy: Mark Snider and Daryl Edgerton took great care of us. Daryl got us a great deal on an extended warranty that fit our needs and Mark walked us through all the resources Richmond Ford Lincoln offered us as new owners. Before we knew it, the papers were signed and we were driving home in our new Lincoln. More

I don't trust them because of how business is handle and I think they are dishonest about repairs needed to your car. I have a later model MKS I brought a little last than a year ago I took it in for the free state inspection had an appointment for 12:30p.m it was almost 4:30p.m before my car was ready to long of a wait time with an appointment, then they tell me my car will not pass because of two tires with problems one had a nail in sidewall and the other looked to have some rubber coming off the treads looked good. I couldn't understand how the tire with a nail passed and the one with rubber coming up didn't so the bottom line is I had to get one tire so that my car could pass inspection, the problem is ford got me again for almost 300.00 for a tire or leave with a rejection sticker. When you ask questions they dance around giving you an answer it's feels like they are not concerned about you just out for your pocket book. Another thing I have a new plan coverage on my car paid almost 3,000 extra for it and needed something fixed that was covered but was told it wasn't until salesperson Tony Taylor helped me out and found it was covered, thanks Tony. This was the worst service experience ever I don't trust then and will not bring my car in to ford again and will not recommend them to anyone. I will buy from them but just not service there, honesty, trust and feeling valued as a customer is very important to me. I hope this review change the way the service department relates to customers in the future. More

We were a little apprehensive about making such a large purchase but dino Faupel and his sales team made the process feel effortless without pressure and definitely made the car buying experience an exciting one. The attention to customer service or more than apparent from the second you walk into the dealership, until you sign financing papers and drive off the lot. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Irby Johnson was very patient with us, we wanted to test drive several fusions in different colors and he didn't even bat an eye to pull them around for us to do so. James in finance was wonderful as well. All of our paperwork was ready and the process was organized and seamless. We are so happy we purchased our first car from Richmond Ford !! More

Fantastic and patient WE walked in at almost 8pm just wanting to look at a couple vehicles and after deciding on a purchase these guys stayed until almost 11pm working out WE walked in at almost 8pm just wanting to look at a couple vehicles and after deciding on a purchase these guys stayed until almost 11pm working out the details and taking care of us. As most people were leaving, they didn't bat an eye and just kept working with us. They then asked us to come back in the next day so that they could go over features of the vehicle and to detail the vehicle for us. It was a very pleasant transaction and I appreciated their patience as my wife made up her decision and we worked out the details. More

James was pushy especially talking about the warranty. I purchased the extended warranty under duress..thought about it over night, called back the very next day to cancel. James was not very happy in fact he made a "disgruntled noise" over the phone when I said I wanted to cancel. As a new customer to the Richmond Ford family, I didn't appreciate that negativity. Other than that my overall experience is still a 5 star because of Mark Revely. Cooper More
