Honest, low pressure dealership with great prices My wife and I live about an hour northwest of Washington DC. We had been looking at new cars for weeks but quickly grew tired of the dealers we visite My wife and I live about an hour northwest of Washington DC. We had been looking at new cars for weeks but quickly grew tired of the dealers we visited in our local area because it seems they all took the same crooked car sales class. We would arrive to look at an advertised car, only to find that the car was already sold, our trade-in was worthless, we have to buy now because someone else really wants the car, the advertised price includes incentives that we did not qualify for, or there were hidden "dealer prep" fees that (in some cases) exceeded $1500. After reading reviews of Richmond Ford Lincoln, we decided to visit their dealership to look at a car they had advertised online, even though it was two hours away. Prior to making the trip, we called to insure the car was available and to verify the price. We were surprised to hear the price was exactly as advertised with no hidden fees and it would be waiting for us upon arrival. Our salesperson (James Johnson) was the most professional, honest and courteous salesperson we had ever met. At no time did he ever make us feel pressured or uncomfortable. The price we were offered for the new car was great and our trade-in offer was more than fair. During our visit, we were also impressed by Daryl Edgerton (finance manager) and Dino Faupel (sales manager). This dealership does everything right. They even kept the dealership open an extra hour and a half to finalize our purchase. We would definitely do business with them again. If you're tired of all the games and general lack of honesty from other dealerships, give Richmond Ford Lincoln a try. Even if it takes hours for you to get there, you will be happy. More

Sales and Finance Guys were GREAT I typically buy older used cars. This was my first time actually going to a dealership to purchase a new car. While my credit has improved a lot over the past few years I'm still not at that great or excellent point with my score. Even so, James was able to get me a low APR.
