Best service for many years I had with this Rich. Ford. I had been with Richmond Ford for many years but none of sale man had patience or cause problem, but Mark is an excellent and had patience to write I had been with Richmond Ford for many years but none of sale man had patience or cause problem, but Mark is an excellent and had patience to write down everything to make sure I know what is going on compare with two years was worst service with other sale man would not write anything. I am highly recommend to recognize Mark for his friendly and work hard to get what I want. He understands how to communicate with me , Daryl did excellent to explain and understand my limit of payment and make sure I understand. He is an excellent and patience with me being a deaf and write everything like Mark did. I had difficult with other lady two years ago by refused to listen tome or took time to understand why I did not want.
