Awesome!!! So easy to work with I brought in a second car I have an older car, my mother only drove it once before she died Friday m cancer. Over the years the car needed some body work and new paint. Insurance would only cover a small part of the cost but was going to declare it totaled. Kari really understood why I wanted to hold on to the car. She really worked with me and the insurance company and found that fine line that mad the repairs affordable while keeping the auto nsurancr company happy. I was so empressd that when my son had a car accident two weeks later (different car) and insurance quoted the cost for repairs... I called Kari. She was able to cut a third of the cost and had the car back to my son faster then I could have hoped. I was so impressed with Kari that I've referred friends to her and am looking forward to working with her again. Several years ago I swore off Richmond Ford because how I was treated while looking to buy a truck. Kari has given me cause to rethink that decision . Thank you !!!! More

Worst car buying experience ever!!!! I purchased a preowned vehicle from here and the salesperson started out very nice. I would have recommended friends and family to him. I later found out that at least 3 of the features he said were on the vehicle were not. He even advised me that the vehicle took regular gas and the manufacturer actually recommends premium. When I followed up about the missing owners manual he told me I would have to print on my own from the internet or order one as it was not their responsibility as used vehicles may come without a manual. I asked about the second key and he said they would get it for me. When I called to inquire about the status of the ordered key he sent me a text advising that It was up to the customer to demand a second key (I thought that's what I was doing when I asked for the key.....at any rate I have been advised that the key is in). He told me he would provide a loaner when I brought the vehicle back for some minor repairs along with a window tint job to replace the one on the vehicle and when I attempted to arrange that his manager offered me a shuttle service. The experience is too upsetting and too much to totally outline here but I realize now I probably should have paid a bit more and gone with my gut and purchased at another dealership. Dino was the best person there to deal with and the finance person was pleasant and this the reason for the 2 stars. I see that some people have had a good exeperience but unfortunately I was not in that number. Very disappointing experience. More

This time, I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Turner, Johnny Beauchamp, and April. Jimmy stayed in contact with me regarding the appraisal, parts/supplement for my car, and kept me well updated on my car's progress. Jimmy made the transition of getting my car repairs and pick up an easy one. Johnny has worked on our vehicles 3 times and he is phenomenal and has a real talent for body work! He can put a car back to new! I can't say enough great things about his work as he is just the best. He also kept us updated! April greeted me when I came in and told me what paperwork needed to be taken care of and called the rental car company a couple times to make sure I was being picked up. I felt that her service was exceptional as well. I think Richmond Ford has a really great Collision Center team! It has been a pleasure working with them and I will continue to recommend to my friends/family. Kristi Gibson More

Mark Revely Sof Yahiaoui Chris Vinny Ingarra Each made our experience at Richmond Ford truly awesome! We shopped RF around several weeks ago we had the pleasure of meeting Mark Revely. During that time we did not find what we were looking for on the lot. We went to many different dealerships. We had an excruciatingly painful experience at a Ford dealership in Newport News! They could learn a lot from you all when it comes to how a customer should be treated. We felt defeated in our search so I jumped on the internet to see what was available. There it was a truck that fit our needs was now at Richmond Ford. I spoke with Kayla in Internet Sales (she said it was still on lot) I told her we were on our way! When we arrived I saw that it was pulled up front! Sof introduced himself and said he would make sure we were taken care of. Mark peeped around the corner to see it was us! He said he recognized my voice. I told him “I am mad at you”!!! He said why?? I said you did not call me to tell me you had a truck on the lot. He said you specifically told me a red truck was out of the question!!! I said yes of course Red is out of the question but I said that truck out there is not red it is CRANBERRY!!! Everyone in the showroom jumped in and said YEAH MARK IT IS CRANBERRY! To tell the truth it is listed as Ruby Red. However it still looks cranberry to me! Well I have left out my husband from the start the truck is for him. He was and is so happy. He thinks it is awesome and looks so much better than the gray one we had went to Newport News to purchase that morning. I do not know what your faith is but I know God works in great ways. We feel so blessed to have come back to Richmond Ford to be able to experience working with such a great team. Richmond Ford can be proud and know that each team member represents with sincere genuine care and respect! Oh don’t forget they have nicknamed Mr. Mark Revely “CRANBERRY”. The vehicle was a perfect find and was used in many rally events , untouched by any mechanic but the owners who had it. I spent months saving up for that car working overtime from 8am-10pm every night for consecutive months selling insurance. This ruined me, however jazz showed his goofy self and when he brought the heat he brought the heat. I've been to plenty of dealer's in the past shopping and no one I mean no one put on their game better than this man. First off I didn't think anyone would ever see a beanie wearing salesman. When I told jazz I wanted a car with attitude he made sure to deliver. A 2014 v6 mustang with roush mods, red with a racing stripe. The minute I took that drive I knew it was the car for me. He showed me all the features, broke down the price, the whole nine. I knew from that moment not only did I have an obligation to buy this car but to also make sure jazz was the one to make the sale. Jazz has reinstalled my belief in salemenship and gave me a car I couldn't be more satisfied with. I look forward to doing more business with Ford and for the day jazz hands me the keys to my dream Roush. They were upfront and honest about everything to include the Carfax information and Kelley Blue Book values of my trade-in and car I was purchasing.. The atmosphere was very friendly and everybody kept asking me if I was alright or needed something to drink or eat. I had asked for an updated state inspection sticker, but then the tech saw that the rear brakes on the vehicle I was buying we're very close to failing inspection. Technically, it passed inspection but the salesman and sales manager approached me and said that they wanted to do the right thing by the customer. They gave me a loaner car until the brakes could be installed onto my newly purchased used vehicle. More

Got our dream truck! We arrived today to take a 2015 F-150 on a test drive. Never felt pressured, and I felt like he wanted us to get the truck more than he wanted to make the sale. I appreciate that. We liked the truck and went inside to talk financing options. Wasn't planning on buying today, but the folks at Richmond Ford were able to get us a great price and rate(better than pre-approval through a local credit union), and we signed the paperwork and drove our new baby home tonight! Really appreciated all the time they spent with us, and all the extra work at the end of they day they put in to inspect, detail and get the truck ready so we could drive it home tonight. Mike from Sales was great and we got some weather-tech floor mats. Probably contacting him to get spray bed liner soon. Daryl was great and explained the financing and warranty options clearly and didn't mind us asking a ton of questions. They also gave us a great trade-in price for the old truck.
