He was very polite to me and my significant other along with being knowledgeable and patient working with us through a multitude of questions. Once finishing the paperwork he showed me to my vehicle and ended up personally making sure it was as clean ask military standard would accept. Overall I had a really good experience, I feel like I received a great deal along with coverage for the vehicle, and am happy with my Ford Explorer. More
