Went the extra mile I was greeted at the door, and since I indicated I wished to look at the Lincolns was introduced to Chris as the Lincoln sales person. Over the next three days Chris let me test ride two different MKcs so I could compare the ride differences of the front wheel drive/all wheel drive models. I preferred the all wheel drive. I also had a friend who was a ford retiree and had helped me get a discount for two Lincoln purchases and so I wanted to get his assistance with a third. Well this friend is now 88 and has moved. During which time he lost the number to call ford to get a pin number. Chris secured the number and helped my friend. Next,, the colors available on the lot were not suitable to me, so Chris was able to secure the color I desired from a dealer in Pennsylvania and it arrived today. Well to make a long story shorter I am home tonight in the 2018 Lincoln MKc. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for me to purchase the car I really wanted. More

When you walk through the doors at Richmond Ford Lincoln you are not seen as a walking pocket book. The staff here really takes the time to understand your needs, your budget, and your concerns. From my first interaction with Dino and his firm handshake, I immediately knew I was dealing with a stand up guy. I told him about the truck I was interested in and he called over a sweet lady named JoJo who took the time to listen to my concerns as we walked around the vehicle. The truck had recently been through service so she lead me to the service desk where she inquired about the few questions I had. We were able to get the responses together so I knew exactly what had been done since being taken in on trade. No lies, no BS, no back and forth, I was taken right to the source to get my questions answered. Once I filled out my application for financing, Sof took the time out of his busy day to diligently find me the exact payment range I was looking for to stay within my budget. He did this all while dealing with his team, other customers, the phones but I never felt neglected. Sof is the heart and soul of the dealership and made sure to get me the best deal possible. They even took the time to look over my wife's car for an assessment on a cash offer even though she was just curious and we had no intentions of making another purchase that day. They understood that they were creating a long lasting relationship with our deal and not only will she be back when it's time for an upgrade, so will I.
