Amazing service for me twice in one week Brandon was fabulous. He listened to what my wife and I told him we needed in a car, knew the exact car we needed right away and showed us it off the Brandon was fabulous. I had him show us other cars, and he patiently showed us those, even though he knew the first car he showed us was the one we needed. He knew almost everything about every car he showed us and when he didn't he immediately looked it up for us. He left no stone unturned. This was the second time he helped us get a car in two day period. He gave my daughter and I the same excellence and even drove the car to our home, since my daughter only had her learners and couldn't drive it home. We will get our next car with Brandon and Richmond Ford. More

All contact afterwards has been great, there if follow up and follow through, words I rarely associate with a car dealership. All sales associates helped and answered questions about vehicle features. Even pricing certain accessories at the parts counter a later date was easy and pleasant. More
