Great customer service Casey is an extremely honest and straight forwards guy who will do anything he can to ensure your experience is as pleasurable as possible and as hone Casey is an extremely honest and straight forwards guy who will do anything he can to ensure your experience is as pleasurable as possible and as honest as possible. After going to several dealerships and other car places, Casey definitely stood out from the rest as his customer service was amazing and never once pressured me to buy anything. He helped find what I wanted based on my criteria (actually tried to get to know me vs just seeing a sale) and made a list, and stuck to those trucks and those trucks only, never once pushing for "the next step up" or to buy the most expensive truck that I could afford, but to get the best value for my range. Both my girlfriend and I were highly pleased with him and would suggest seeing him if you are looking for a new vehicle as he will go out of his way for you. Christy also had great customer service and went out of her way to ensure that I was taken care of and that everything was squared away that needed to be done. She didn't just settle for mediocre, but strived for the best that she could do. All in all, everybody that I worked with made me feel like I was more than just a customer and went above and beyond the average dealership employee. More

I knew going into the dealership, that I wanted to trade it in. I wasn't sure if I would be approved, but I was. Casey Bonas was very pleasant and immediately started looking for a car I would want. He showed me what I could get within my budget. He was very professional and very polite. He said he was fairly new to the dealership. Updated - Variable To provide an update to my original review. Shortly after the review was written, i was contacted by Nicholas Awad who is the Used Car Manger. He took To provide an update to my original review. Shortly after the review was written, i was contacted by Nicholas Awad who is the Used Car Manger. He took the time to explain it was a misunderstanding regarding the value drop from $13000 to $12500. He stated they only saw the quote from 1.5 months ago and not the most recent richmond ford west quote. Needless to say, after our 20 minute phone conversation, and a visit to the dealer. We agreed on a quote price and sold the car to Ford. Let me start off by saying our salesman, Alan Tuck, did an excellent job assisting us today. His review will be reflected accordingly at the end of this review. Now to get down to the details. My wife and I have purchased two of our vehicles from Richmond Ford and Richmond Ford West. We have always been pleased with sales and service. Today was an exception. We had purchased our 2015 Ford Fusion from Richmond Ford West in 2015. Over the 3 years we have used the car from time to time but decided now is the time to sell. We decided it was best to get the car appraised at Richmond Ford West, Richmond Ford Lincoln and Car Lotz. Granted Richmond Ford is owned by the same entity, we figured it would be worth our time to see if the appraisals were different. Richmond Ford West appraised our car for $13,000. A week later (being today) we took our car to Richmond Ford Lincoln. We provided all the car info etc. We did not believe it was necessary to tell the dealer we had their West location appraise the car already. After the appraisal, our salesman returned and told us they would only offer us $12500 because they found out we had already had the car appraised at the Richmond Ford West location. The salesman suggested we could speak with the manager and attempt to haggle the price. As you guessed, we took this as an insult they would offer $500 less based on us getting the car appraised at their other dealership. Over the last 3 years we have given praise for the professionalism and courtesy which Richmond Ford has extended to us. This incident has caused us to rethink our relationship with Richmond Ford. We will certainly be looking toward Sheehy Ford for future business. Review of our salesman, Alan Tuck. We have been to many dealerships in the last few months between appraising our Fusion as well as looking for a used SUV. Alan Tuck has been one of the more pleasurable salesman to interact with. While our vehicle was being appraised he made sure to offer refreshments as well as answer any and all questions we had. More
