Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy I went to trade in my 2015 Ford Fiesta for a 2013 Ford Escape. I needed extra room for my drums and it was a good deal for the vehicle. They were able I went to trade in my 2015 Ford Fiesta for a 2013 Ford Escape. I needed extra room for my drums and it was a good deal for the vehicle. They were able to give me the exact amount left on my fiesta minus $300.00. I told them what I wanted my monthly payment to be and they were able to get it really close. I was also able to get a 2 year warranty for not much extra. Alan Tuck and his crew were very helpful and made the process very easy and I left with my new vehicle without spending a dime or having to visit the DMV. I will continue to be a Ford driver for the foreseeable future. More

The car was right, the price was right, etc. I believe the reason for that is because this is an attitude that has become ingrained into the whole car buying process. Great Service and Experience I had been in a search for the “perfect” Expedition for a while and finally found it at Richmond Ford. Jacin and the rest of the crew made everything I had been in a search for the “perfect” Expedition for a while and finally found it at Richmond Ford. Jacin and the rest of the crew made everything run smoothly, down to the hold up on being able to actually drive my new truck home. It had only been on the lot 2 days, so still needed a new state inspection before I could take it. They had that done first thing on Monday and then delivered my new truck to me so that I wouldn’t have to go back. Would definitely recommend Richmond Ford to anyone looking to buy! More

James Johnson met us when we entered the showroom and made us feel very comfortable. He asked what kind of car we were looking for and then showed us the cars that met us when we entered the showroom and made us feel very comfortable. Mr. Dino Faupel checked our credit scores and was very discrete when he told us what they were. He was there to help in any way. Christy Nichols in financing was very helpful and finished our paper work quickly. My new car was clean, filled with gas and ready for me to drive when we arrived to pick it up. Thanks to James Johnson, Dino Faupel, Allison Johnson and Christy Nichols for making this purchase such a great experience. I am thankful to have received great customer service from Mr. Kevin Chillin over the phone from day 1, Once I came into the dealership, Mr. Josh Ross was very professional and informative. His patience and dedication to his work really spoke volumes he helped me to pick the best car which I am overjoyed to call "my first car". He even put my new license plates up once I received them in the mail. Be blessed Mr. Josh Ross. Thank you to Mr. James Craft for checking in and saying that "congrats, I can feel the excitement".
