Worst service ever This guy have no respect for others. His words are rude to face. Have no patience to listen to customers explanation regarding the car problem. I really don't understand where did ford found him. He hesitates to accept there is a problem with the car. The problem is very clear in the car which I can see but he couldn't see while driving. I felt really disgusting. The way he talked to me made irritated. He is not even willing to diagnose the problem instead he avoids the issue by saying everything is normal with the car but hesitate to say it is perfect. There is a small problem with which is slight hard shifting and nor correct down shifting. He says there is no suchproblem. More

Not just an oil change. I deal with Jason when I come in for service, I give him my keys and he takes care of what the car needs. Very easy to deal with! My car was in an accident- side swiped on 95S, the car was 6 weeks old!! JImmy was very helpful in being sure my car was returned as good as new. Very thorough and patient in getting us familiar with the car which was a task as we are both technologically challenged in todays high tech world. He returned calls multiple times promptly to answer questions for us concerning our new car. He invited us to come by any time and he would assist us further with any questions concerning the use and operation of any technical things. He was extremely patient and willing to work with us back and forth with the manager in getting us what we felt was the best deal we could of gotten on our new Edge. Jacin and Everyone we dealt with were highly professional and wanted to make us feel as they were there for us the customer. We just recently went to the "new car" seminar. That was such a fun and wonderful way to familiarize new customers with the different departments and employees as well as the one on one question and answer time with a tech in the service department around whatever type of vehicle you purchased. Last but not least the food, the trivia questions and door prizes topped the night off. Richmond Ford is there to please the customer! Thank You Jacin Lisner and Richmond Ford!! More
