GOD have blessed me with the SUV that I wanted. On May 27, 2019, I went to the Richmond Ford Lincoln Dealer not to buy an SUV, I went there to check out their new Lincon SUV-Nautilus. However, I met Jasmeet Singh who one the salesmen there. At first, I just wanted to check the Lincoln SUVs alone, but as soon as I walked in, Jasmeet came to offer his help even though I did not pay any attention to him, he stayed with my wife and me to provide his assistance. after checking out the Lincoln Nautilus, next to it was a 2018 Lincoln MKC. The MKC is like the younger brother of the Lincoln Nautilus' model, and it looks as good but smaller. Well, as I said previously, I did not go the dealer to buy, I came to check out the new SUV, but then, Jasmeet stepped forward and asked me why I came and how can he helped us. I explained to him about my curiosity and about the discovery of the Lincoln MKC model. and he offered me a deal I could not refuse. More

I reached out via email and immediately got a response and the sale rep also double checked specific features I was interested in. We set an appointment and I got to meet Jazz. We did a test drive and there was never any hard sell. I asked for and got some paint repairs to bring the car up to great condition and we agreed on a price. We discussed some of the dealer add ons but never felt any great pressure to buy. The dealer fees are ridiculous but then so is every other dealer. The all do it so just figure it into the deal. The dealer was patient while my super slow credit union dawdled. The paint repair that the body shop was as good as it gets. Really great color match and near impossible to see any evidence of repair...and I am in the insurance industry. I would definitely buy again from Richmond Ford Lincoln and would seek Jazz out as a great advisor for your next car. More

Working with Jazz was great. He was super accommodating and patient with me as I considered 3 different pre-owned F-150s. He was respectful of the fact that I was being particular and didn't try to push me in a direction I was not comfortable with, relative to making a decision. Jazz actually let me know that a truck matching what I was looking for had arrived on the lot prior to it ever making it online, and I was able to purchase it right away for the price I was looking for. My experience has been exhausting and frustrating to say the least. I was apprehensive about looking at cars for a while but saw one that caught my eye at your downtown location. Yesterday I decided to take the chance and made the dreaded call. A Young man named Justin “Bam Bam” answered and I was pleasantly surprised at his mannerisms. Justin was very nice and not pushy at all. Because of his professional, kind demeanor I went ahead a made the trip to the dealership. I went and he met me in the parking lot, I did not have to go in and hunt him down. He showed me the car let me take it for a test ride and he made the trip worth my while. I personally have never purchased from Richmond Ford but have heard good things about the dealership. Thank you for the refreshing car dealer experience. More
