I am more than pleased to recommend Richmond Ford Lincoln Mercury. I already knew what I wanted and went online and originally started dealing with Sheehy Ford. Unfortunately Sheehy did not have any MKZ Hybrids in stock and wanted a $ 500 deposit to bring one in. That is when I started looking around and found several at Richmond Ford Lincoln Mercury. I sent an online request and Casey Longest sent me email and followed up with a phone call. Casey was so pleasant to deal with. She made me feel as if I was her number one priority. She was able to answer all questions that I had and kept me informed every step of the way. If she wasn't going to be in, she made sure that I knew who to contact in her absence. I spoke to Darrick Jones and Evette in finance and both carried the same friendliness and helpful attitude that Casey gave me. When I came in to pick up my car, every single person in the dealership had a smile and welcoming attitude. I got the feeling that everyone there really enjoyed being there and loved their job. My husband had been into the dealership and spoke to Josh Castlebury about the car. He didn't know that I was already working with Casey. Josh was very pleasant and helped Casey get my car ready as we completed the paperwork. It was a teamwork and I could see that in everyone that I came in contact with. There wasn't a competitive attitude shown that I have often seen in other dealerships. I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a better experience in purchasing a car. If you want exceptional customer service and the friendliest staff (from sales to finance to everyone walking around), then Richmond Ford Lincoln Mercury is where you need to go to purchase your next car. I can't say enough about them. More
Found Richmond Ford on the internet. We were looking to get a MKX 2007-2008. I had also been dealing with a friend of mine who buys from auctions. I would like to say that I rated this dealer Primarily on the experience that I had with the Sales rep. (Phillip) and the special financing Mgr. (Conrad). I was the owner of a 2001 Ford Taurus inwhich I had the experience that I had with the Sales rep. (Phillip) and the special financing Mgr. (Conrad). I was the owner of a 2001 Ford Taurus inwhich I had for 7 years. Not only was there excessive mileage on it but the transmission went bad in it without notice. I was now in a position that I had to rely on my sister to take me to and from work daily. Borrow family members vehicles to even grocery shop. Over the years due to issues relating to a bad divorce experience my credit was in poor condition. I was positive that I would never find a dealer to get me financed with a car that was reliable enough to withstand the 50 mile round trip I had each day to work. While riding with my sister I heard a live broadcast being given by Phillip and Conrad assuring potential customers that they could not only get them financed with bruised credit scores but they would assure you that you would be a part of the decision on the type of car that you felt would please you. I will admit I was skeptical because I had heard this before from other dealerships and had been turned down or not even called back. To make this long story a little shorter from the moment I met Phillip and Conrad they showed me the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am so grateful that when I left the dealership not only did I have the car I wanted but I they truly made me feel special. More

I included Richmond Ford in my recent new car search and found Taft Cameron to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking at doing a best offer end of year purchase which requires the vehicle to be on their lot, and unfortunately they did not have the specific vehicle I was looking for. I shared I was also looking in Northern Virginia. Later that evening, Taft called to suggest I look at reviews for dealerships I was planning on visiting to help ensure a good experience. I found that the dealerships with the low Internet price also had very negative reviews on previously unmentioned add on costs, and difficulty getting problems resolved after the sale. He was trying to make sure my buying experience was a positive one, even though he knew it wouldn't be from his dealership; mark of a professional. Although I did not buy from them this time, I will definitely include Richmond Ford in my next vehicle search. More
Fantastic Experience. Purchased using the internet team. Bought the vehicle at a fair price and everything was prepared for me when I arrived. I was out within a couple of hours as i had requested. Probably the best car buying experience ever. All employees were involved in the sale. We went to Richmond to see another dealer who did not have what they said they did. After 3 buyer's orders who could not produce an ordered Shelby, these folks at Richmond Ford were willing to make the deal. This was my first time buying a car on my own (my dad did go with me for support and help) and also the first time my family has bought a car outside of a dealership we were familiar with. My grandfather worked for Ford at another dealership for 50+ years and that dealership has since closed down. So we always had "family" treatment there and a discount. This experience was just as good if not better than what we were used to. Chris was so helpful in finding the perfect car for me and helping me make sure it was right and had the options i was looking for, but that was also in my price range. John handled finance for me and he was also beyond helpful and made sure i understood everything that was going on and what i was getting with my vehicle. My dad and i were both VERY impressed with the service and the dealership. He and my mom will be picking Richmond Ford to go to when they get a new car this fall. I cannot recommend this location enough! More
