Car shopping is not usually something that I enjoy. I dread being steamrolled by pushy salesmen. Gary was not that way at all. He was very laid back and helpful. We had been to another car dealership earlier and the sales woman there would not even give us a ball park figure. Although we were originally looking for a used Ford Focus, the deal we were given on a 2013 was too incredilbe to resist. Chris in finance was great, too. He found us an even better interest rate than the one we were initally quoted. When it comes time to buy another car, I would definitely return to Richmond Ford. More

They offered the various upsells that I didn't really want (paint protection; fabric protection), but did not try to 'sell' me on them -- they offered, and when I said I wasn't interested, they moved on. The process was quick and efficient. Jason spent over an hour with us showing us all of the various features, pairing my cell phone, entering my home address, etc. He worked with us until after the dealership closed, and was very willing to answer all of our questions. He also followed up with me a couple of days later, and when I was in for service he stopped by and made sure I was being taken care of. Richmond Ford has done everything possible to make me a satisfied customer. I chose not to rate 'quality' yet, as my vehicle has had some issues that remain unresolved after 2 service visits. I blame this more on Ford than the dealership right now, and I know that the Service department is working hard to get the issues resolved. I'll save my service review for later once I see how long it takes to get my issues resolved. More

My wife located a truck like we were searching for at Richmond Ford. I stopped in one day and was met by Gary Dunn. I new in just a few short minutes that I had found the right salesman. He showed me the truck and I told him that my wife would have to come by the next day to check it out. As it were, the next day was Gary's regular day off, however, he assured me that if we wanted to look at it again, he would come in just for us. Gary met my wife the next day and she sealed the deal with Gary before i could get there after work. I knew when I arrived to sign paperwork that she was happy with the truck and with Gary. From the minute I met Gary, I knew that he was not the normal salesmen we have encountered at other dealerships. He was honest, sincere and was never "pushy". I would recommend that if you want to buy a new or used car, you need to stop by Richmond Ford and see Gary. If you don't, you have already made two BIG mistakes right off of the bat! I was first contacted by Derrick while I was on their web site and I asked a question. Derrick answered all of my questions and I set up an appointment to look at some Ford Fusions. After a while Darrick introduced us to Mr.Dunn. Mr.Dunn was very knowledgeable about the Ford products. We picked one out and went for a drive. My wife and I both liked the car. We then talked about the deal. I must say it went very smooth and without pressure. My wife was not sure that she was ready to trade. Both Mr Dunn & Mr. Jones suggested that we take it home overnight. We drove around most of that day. By the time we arrived at home we had decided that the Fusion was home to stay. The next day we went back to Richmond Ford and completed the paperwork. This car is for my wife and she is a happy camper.
