We drove 2 1/2 hours to Richmond Ford because of two reasons. 1. They had a specific make, model and color of a car we had been looking for. 2. He showed me several vehicles and when i decided i wanted to trade my Ranger he was very helpful in finding me the truck i wanted for my wife. However, our sales rep, Gary, was incredibly helpful & laidback though paying cash & with a trade in, didn't have plans to buy on day we were there. However, our sales rep, Gary, was incredibly helpful & laidback in working with us that we wound up with a beautiful Mustang which had virtually all of the options I wanted & within our budget plus change to boot! He also took time to show us all the car's features and synched our phones! This was the best car buying/shopping experience we've ever had- a far cry from Priority Toyota and Crossroads Ford whom I definitely would NOT recommend! More
