Coming in to the process, my husband and I were prepared for a very different experience than what we encountered. From the first phone call to the final handshake we were treated with honesty and respect from every individual we encountered. There was not a moment during the process that we felt like we were at the losing end of a deal or being deceived which was wonderful as it was our first time buying and doing a trade in simultaneously. It is very obvious that customer service is at the heart of this business and the staff truly desires customers to be pleased with their experience; we will definitely be purchasing future vehicles from them!
