This does not feel as a luxury-car dealer. The showroom does not have the professionalism and warmth of a Lexus or Infinity dealership. He wanted me to buy a car so he could meet his quota which is not on my list at all as a reason for buying a car. The sales manager was worse: he was insulting me and the sales rep. He had called me on the phone and said that they are wanting to deal because it is the end of the month and they have lots of incentives, but when I got there, he was trying to charge me list price. When I asked about the "deals", he told me if I wanted to buy a cheap car, then go buy a Chrysler. I wished I had told him that I feel as if I'm in a Chrysler dealership. I own a BMW 7 series which I purchased from the dealership. My wife was shopping for a car and we ordered a new 5 series for her. We were in the dealership less than an a hour including the test drive. Bob provided honest council on what extra's we needed and didn't need. The purchase was easy and painless. My wife said she would rather get a root canal than buy a car but this was different. Then about two weeks before the car was due in a person backed into my 7 series. I take such good care of that car. Anyway they told me to bring it to the dealership and they took care of everything. The spoke to the adjuster and made sure everything was perfect again. So last week we picked up both cars. Bob Lance really understands the new car and the complex electronics. He explained everything and set up the car just the way my wife wanted it. Bob Nance was great. Got a great deal with no haggle. No pressure to buy or to get add-ons. Everyone was fair and friendly. I was very satisfied with the services that were done on my car and the with the timely manner in which the work was done on my BMW. It has been a problem finding a BMW dealer who had the experienced mecha my car and the with the timely manner in which the work was done on my BMW. It has been a problem finding a BMW dealer who had the experienced mechanics that could work on my 1988 528e BMW. And it was a pleasant surprise that they have mechanics that are experienced to work on my car, that took the time to explain to me what they had done (what my service had involved). This dealership has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to other BMW owners. More
