Blew a tire and had the spare tire on. Was headed out of town and did not have time to replace the spare. Went in to see Ravin and went out of his way to take the blown tirenout of my trunk and give me a lo town and did not have time to replace the spare. My sales advisor, Mr. Kutay "Ty" Ozgenc was very helpful, knowledgeable and especially patient in helping find the exact car for my needs. He was always extremely friendly and accomodating, and very helpful, knowledgeable and especially patient in helping find the exact car for my needs. He was always extremely friendly and accomodating, and spent several hours over the course of 3 visits to find the perfect car for me. We test drove several models, reviewed options, colors, accessories exhaustively. I know I can be quite obsessive, but Ty was very patient and always catered to my needs. Ty never pressured me into a sale, and allowed me to mull over the numerous cars we examined at my leisure. He also provided detailed and accurate information on pricing and financing options, so I always knew the exact finanaces of any potential sale at every step of the process. My car-buying experience was as stress-free and enjoyable as I could ever imagine. Also, the sales manager, Mr. Bob Nance, was also a steady source of experience,knowledge and practical advice. His advice and perspective was also instrumental in making the whole process and enjoyable success. I truly believe I found the perfect car for the perfect price.
