I own a BMW 7 series which I purchased from the dealership. My wife was shopping for a car and we ordered a new 5 series for her. My wife said she would rather get a root canal than buy a car but this was different. Then about two weeks before the car was due in a person backed into my 7 series. I take such good care of that car. Anyway they told me to bring it to the dealership and they took care of everything. The spoke to the adjuster and made sure everything was perfect again. So last week we picked up both cars. Bob Lance really understands the new car and the complex electronics. He explained everything and set up the car just the way my wife wanted it. I was very satisfied with the services that were done on my car and the with the timely manner in which the work was done on my BMW. It has been a problem finding a BMW dealer who had the experienced mecha my car and the with the timely manner in which the work was done on my BMW. It has been a problem finding a BMW dealer who had the experienced mechanics that could work on my 1988 528e BMW. And it was a pleasant surprise that they have mechanics that are experienced to work on my car, that took the time to explain to me what they had done (what my service had involved). This dealership has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to other BMW owners. More
