We were very pleased with our experience at Richmond BMW Midlothian. My wife thought that she wanted a 328i convertable, so we purchased a very pretty black one. After driving it for 2 days she decided she was not pleased with its lack of trunk space and back seat room. She also felt she wanted AWD. We went back to Richmond BMW on the third day and picked out a gray 328xi 4dr sedan. Michelle, Troy, (the sales reps)and Bob (the manager)treated us just as nicely the second time as they did the first. They were all very helpful and tried their best to make sure that we were satisfied. The whole experience was very pleasant. My wife is very happy with her 328xi and we are grateful to the Richmond BMW team for the way they served us through the whole transaction. More
I used this dealer for service on my 328i and was very pleased with their service department. Therefore I was surprised how poor their sales department was. I was investigating the purchase of a new 335d pleased with their service department. Therefore I was surprised how poor their sales department was. I was investigating the purchase of a new 335d and was given a salesman who knew nothing about the car. He would not let me drive the car off of the lot for a test drive because he had to "show me how to operate the car". When I inquired about the requirement for AdBlue he laughed and asked me what that was. He knew nothing about the car, not even how to open the hood. When I reported this lack of knowledge to the manager he said nothing and kept me with the same salesman. The dealership just "wanted to work up some numbers". It is a shame that an automobile brand that prides itself on engineering has a dealership that doesn't care about the product they are selling. More
Roshan was a great salesperson...from the first email he responded to ...to me going in and driving it..he was super!! never felt pressured or talked down to like some dealership might do..I test drove a Le responded to ...to me going in and driving it..he was super!! never felt pressured or talked down to like some dealership might do..I test drove a Lesus before this and i felt the salesperson spoke down to me..I feel perhaps becuase I am a woman. I usually just pick the car..and my husband does the rest..Roshan understood that. Well..we bought the new 328I convertable with the red leather which is smokin from Roshan..and i would have no problems sending all my friends to Roshan for a new or used car....By the time we were finished and i came to pick up the car..everyone knew who i was...and what car i had gotten..everyone in that dealership was very friendly and nice. My husband has a bmw he takes there for service..and they are always great..This was the easiest new car we have ever bought..and the friendlest people. I was looking for a CPO 1 or 3 series and stopped by Midlothian BMW during my lunch hour on the recommendation of a coworker. I asked about several cars but was unable to take a test drive because I had Midlothian BMW during my lunch hour on the recommendation of a coworker. I asked about several cars but was unable to take a test drive because I had to return to work. Upon hearing I couldn't take a test drive right then and I was pre-qualified for a loan, they became rude and disinterested. Because I trust the opinion of my coworker (he's brought several new BMWs from them) I didn't just leave. I left info for them to call or email so I could schedule a test drive. They didn't do either. After telling my coworker how they acted and that they had not called back or emailed he said "Oh did I mention they are snobs". He had to take his car in for service and told them of my dissatisfaction. They asked him how was I dressed. ???? He told them "probably jeans and polo shirt, like me". They told him that was why and they made the comment of I would have gotten better service if I was dressed like a dealer. xxx I need a suit and tie or my pants on the ground to have the privilege of buying a car from these folks. I brought a 07 CPO 335i from another dealer in another town and I'm very satisfied. I would not buy a 3 dollar part from Midlothian BMW if they were they only ones with it in the country and my car was down, I would rather wait for it to come Germany. Forget these people (I'd like to use choicer words for them but kids might be reading). More

Richmond BMW on Midlothian Turnpike is a great dealership to work with. I have bought many cars here, and have always had exceptional experiences. I don't have hours to spend buying a car, and I've been able to purchase a car in less than an hour, including the paperwork. The service department is truly excellent. They are always available to me, know me by name, and are proactive in getting me the service and repairs I need without any drama or hassle. This is the only dealership I will buy from! More

I live on the other side of the James River in the West end of Richmond,Va. I GLADLY drive over to the South side BMW Midlo location; ; even a longer travel time than the closer BMW dealership.
