Richmond BMW Midlothian

As I've become accustomed to with BMW, the dealership focuses on customer satisfaction. Bought a CPO car and 6 days later 2 tires blew out while driving. The GM replaced both tires free of charge even focuses on customer satisfaction. Bought a CPO car and 6 days later 2 tires blew out while driving. The only thing I'm not wild about is their new Perferred Customer pricing where they claim they have "pre-negotiated" the pricing with the market (kinda like Car Max or the old Saturn) where they won't budge from asking price, HOwever, after doing a lot of research I believed that the price was competitive, so it probably is a fair deal, just don't like concept. Thus the 3 on price. More

Every employee I dealt with starting with the email to Roshan was, courteous , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely want you to purchase the right car.
