I have been looking to buy a new car for several months and gradually narrowed it down to a BMW X1 and another make and model. During that period a business friend who had many previous dealings with the and gradually narrowed it down to a BMW X1 and another make and model. During that period a business friend who had many previous dealings with the dealership recommended that I speak with Bob Nance to get more information on the X1. Bob was very friendly and patient with me as I asked questions over several weeks about the X1 and when it would become available in the U.S. He then followed up by notifying me when they had arrived so that I could take a test drive last fall. During the Christmas holidays my son who owns a BMW was in town and I decided to go with him to the dealership for a second time to take another look and see what models were available and what discounts could be had. I saw an Xi I liked in the showroom and it was already discounted by a good amount. Armond Granger and Joe Chatman were terrific in explaining other discounts that might be available depending upon whether I paid cash or financed a part of the cost. I got the car I wanted and feel as if all discount opportunities were fully explored. I now look forward to taking advantage of the free routine maintenance over the next four years that was included as part of the deal. More

Roshan sent me information on several vehicles and even delivered a vehicle to my job so that I could test drive it. Roshan is very knowledgeable about the BMW line - and its obvious that he takes pride in his job. After only a couple of days of working with Roshan and the rest of the BMW staff - I decided on a vehicle and purchased it. Roshan came in on his day off to finalize the deal. They prepped the vehicle and even put it a separate showroom with a bow. I took the car home and realized I actually liked another one better. I spoke with Roshan and he worked with Bob Nance and Brandon Beckner to secure the vehicle I liked more. At Richmond BMW Midlothian customer service is definitely number one. The customers are treated with superb service and all of the staff are very attentive and great to work with. This has been the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I had the option to work with a BMW dealer closer to my home, however they did not offer the same type of attention and care that the staff of Richmond BMW offered.
