They kept me updated on the building, shipping and arrival of my car at the port. Delivery was truly a unique experience, from the presentation and display of my materials, to patiently explaining the features of the car to me. I felt like I was the only customer there purchasing a car and was treated as so. Roshan & Bob made it a very exceptional experience for me, I felt like it was all about me when I purchased my car and when it was delivered. This is the third BMW we have bought from this dealership. This was our first experience with Roshon and our third with Kelly. I looked at a few, brought my wife back they gave us some figures and we left to look at some other vehicles. A few days later we left a message that if they could meet the price we were looking for we would be back. They not only met the price but did better. We took the car home that night. We weren't able to have it prepped but I am taking it in tomorrow to have everything done. As always Kelly is a pleasure to work with. We have had nothing but good experiences at this dealership. I saw a low-mileage, 2010 328i on the Midlothian BMW website and after talking with Roshan on the phone, I decided to go see the car. Since it was over 100 degrees that day, Roshan parked the car in t website and after talking with Roshan on the phone, I decided to go see the car. Since it was over 100 degrees that day, Roshan parked the car in the air conditioned service area so that I could take my time to explore the car without having a heat stroke...lol. He explained the many features of the car and answered all my questions. After the test drive, I wasn't completely sure if I was ready to purchase the vehicle but I never felt rushed to make a decision. I finally came to my senses about what a fabulous opportunity was before me and finished the deal with some help from Bob Nance and Kelly Perry. Roshan even offered to deliver the car to my office or home after the prep/detailing of the 328i was finished! Long story short, Roshan and everyone at Midlothian BMW made my car shopping experience very special and I heartily recommend Roshan and Midlothian BMW to anyone shopping for a car. More
