Abandoned after Sale Purchased a brand new 2015 X5. After a bait and switch settled on ordering a car, fair price nice sales people. Once car was eventually delivered it Purchased a brand new 2015 X5. After a bait and switch settled on ordering a car, fair price nice sales people. Once car was eventually delivered it stalled on the interstate stranding my wife. Less than 3 weeks old with less than 700 miles and the fuel pump fails. Was told it will take 2 weeks to get as there are none in the US. BMW is well aware of a fleet wide fuel pump issue but will not tell you before you buy. Once you buy the car you are left to deal with BMW. This dealership will do minimum to act on your behalf. My recommendation based on my experience is to look elsewhere. More

Happy, Happy, Happy New Year! My wife and I have been looking for a used Honda CR-V. After months of searching, we found one listed on the web at Richmond BMW Midlothian at an attr My wife and I have been looking for a used Honda CR-V. After months of searching, we found one listed on the web at Richmond BMW Midlothian at an attractive price. All it took was a quick call at 7:00 pm on Dec. 30, and in twenty minutes we were at the dealer. The vehicle had been driven into the warm service bay for us to look it over while it was 28 deg. outside. All it took was a brief "kick the tires" and a drive around the block to know that this was the right vehicle for us. Matt and the rest of the sales staff were courteous and professional allowing us to stay late to complete the paperwork so that we could drive the vehicle off the lot the next day. This has been the easiest and most pleasant car purchasing experience to date. The staff at Richmond BMW Midlothian treated us like one would treat a family member. They listened to what we wanted, and did their very best to deliver it. They didn't just sell us a car. They fostered a relationship with a customer who will not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them in the future. Keep up the great work! More

The deal went smoothly without ever traveling to the dealership. The car was delivered to us in Florida in exactly the described condition. Frank is very friendly and in my opinion, very trustworthy.
