Richmond BMW at Midlothian is just awesome! The Richmond BMW dealership at Midlothian was phenomenal. The parent company Crown Automotive stands its reputation for hiring qualified staff across all job functions. I had a terrible experience trying to buy a BMW with another dealership the week prior. The experience at Richmond BMW of Midlothian was completely different and awesome...ultimately ended up finding and purchasing my certified BMW. Justin Leblanc worked with me for a couple of weeks in recommending and test driving 3 vehicles and there after kept in touch with regular followups and updates. The pricing was very reasonable and way below market for a certified BMW and the price negotiation was totally hassle free. Justin was great and made it a complete pleasure in the overall buying process. Would highly recommend Justin Leblanc and Richmond BMW of Midlothian. More

Their responsiveness in meeting my needs were also excellent .Peter helped orientate myself to the new M6 and did a great job. I also had some interaction with the Sales Mgr .Rick Rossano and GM James Williams-both were very helpful throughout. The F&I Mgr Brandon Beckner was also very knowledgeable and informative. All and all a great experience, where you feel welcome and not pressured. Having had 3 BMW's I have a lot of experience with their service team.Always do a high quality job!
