My FIrst BMW Purchase I had visited Richmond BMW of Midlothian not intending to buy right away but only as the first stop of a planned 3 dealers to find a sporty luxury con I had visited Richmond BMW of Midlothian not intending to buy right away but only as the first stop of a planned 3 dealers to find a sporty luxury convertible. I had done my research online and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Well it turns out that this was my only stop and I worked through a deal on a car that wasn't even part of my research with salesperson JIMMY POOLE. Jimmy listened to what I wanted in a new car and pointed me to a 428i with the Luxury trim package and it immediately caught my eye. While I still wasn't planning to buy it without looking at Mercedes and Porsche, as I spent more time with Jimmy and met others there, I felt more and more comfortable with the dealership and after a lengthy test drive, Jimmy and I started to talk specifics about of deal which would include a trade in of my 2009 Audi A4. After the first set of numbers were presented, we were still a bit apart but Jimmy continued to work with his sales management team to come up with a price I felt comfortable with. And he did! BRANDON BECKNER worked with me on the financials presenting me several options for financing and did a great job explaining some of the other services and warranties I could buy. However, he did not pressure me at all to purchase any but merely explained what they were and why I might be interested in them. Overall this was an excellent buying experience for me thanks to these gentleman. Their no-pressure, laid back approach to sales was a welcome change from some of my earlier car buying experiences. At delivery time, Jimmy took my wife and I on a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the service department who explained exactly what we could expect. The manager eve came by to introduce himself and thank us for our purchase. Brandon had all the paperwork ready for us to sign and made the usually tedious financial portion of the car buying experience as painless as possible. Jimmy spent a considerable amount of time explaining to my wife and I how to work the advanced technology on the 2014 BMW 428i. And he urged us to call him anytime with questions and stop back in a week or two with a list of items we wanted to go over again. The dealership itself was comfortable and spotless and everyone was polite and friendly. I thank everyone I encountered there but especially Jimmy Poole and Brandon Beckner for a wonderful car buying experience and look forward to a long relationship with this dealership! More

He assisted with educating me on the changes and upgrades of the new vehicle and helped to do comparison of different vehicles and models. His enthusiasm and passion for Bavarian Motor Works vehicles was contagious and truly appreciated. I would definitely return to this dealership for future purchases and would want Roshan to help me with my purchase! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. More

Best Mother's Day Present Mother's Day has always been special but this year was different. My husband and daughters researched BMW dealers in the tri-city area and because of Mother's Day has always been special but this year was different. My husband and daughters researched BMW dealers in the tri-city area and because of the location and rating of customer service, they decided on Crown BMW. We drove to the location and was greeted by Ms Ashaunta Rufus(Sales Associate). I was speech less. I had not decided on any vehicle, including the model, color, speed, nothing. After two hours of walking and talking with Ms Rufus, to include test driving, I made a decision. I will never forget this happy experience that I shared with my family and Ms Rufus. Thank you Ms Ashaunta Rufus for the unbelieveable experience and my new 2014 335i. I LOVE my new car from Crown BMW. More
Certified Pre-Owned did not live up to the billing The sales process of buying the CPO BMW was satisfactory, although the finance paperwork process seemed a bit lengthy. Despite the recent ad campaign The sales process of buying the CPO BMW was satisfactory, although the finance paperwork process seemed a bit lengthy. Despite the recent ad campaign by BMW touting the thoroughness of their CPO program, I was quite disappointed in the delivery of this dealership on that expectation. I pointed out at the time of purchase an item missing from the interior of the vehicle which was ordered. Since I was picking up the vehicle the following weekend, this was not an inconvenience. Less than 20 miles from the dealership, the service engine soon light comes on. Upon inspection, a critical fluid was low and needed filling --- certainly something I expected to be part of the CPO checkup. A month into owning the vehicle, I had a flat tire as a result of running over something on the highway. Thanks to run flat tires, I was able to drive to my local tire shop to order a replacement tire. We discovered the critical wheel lockset missing from the vehicle so that we could not change the tire. Living 90 miles from the dealership, I placed a call to them to get an idea of how to remedy the situation. They asked that I have it towed to them for repair of the tire and changing of the locks, all at their expense. A nice act, however, still an inconvenience to drive and pick the vehicle up. A promise was made that the wheel locks would be replaced. Upon arrival, the tire was fixed but the locks not replaced nor a lockset provided. Had I not checked, a repeat of this performance would have occurred at the next flat or upon needing to replace the entire set of tires. There are a few other interior items not addressed that a simple check of the entire vehicle would have corrected prior to my purchase. I own two Land Rovers and the experience that I have received from owning them far exceeds my BMW experience to this point. I do enjoy the ride, I just hope that I don't get any more surprises that I would expect from a CPO vehicle. More

The parent company Crown Automotive stands its reputation for hiring qualified staff across all job functions. I had a terrible experience trying to buy a BMW with another dealership the week prior. The experience at Richmond BMW of Midlothian was completely different and awesome...ultimately ended up finding and purchasing my certified BMW. Justin Leblanc worked with me for a couple of weeks in recommending and test driving 3 vehicles and there after kept in touch with regular followups and updates. The pricing was very reasonable and way below market for a certified BMW and the price negotiation was totally hassle free. Justin was great and made it a complete pleasure in the overall buying process. Would highly recommend Justin Leblanc and Richmond BMW of Midlothian. More
