New Year new M! We finally did it... we got our first M! This is our 17th BMW in our family and we finally got the M. Once you drive it you can't go back from it and We finally did it... we got our first M! This is our 17th BMW in our family and we finally got the M. There isn't much i don't know about BMW cars since we have had a number of them, but the M was a totally different beast... we are still learning and the team at Richmond BMW Midlo has been working with us on it. No pressure dealer. Easy purchase process. Marwan was very friendly and knowledgable regarding the vehicle. There was no pressure from Marwan or anyone else at the dealership. Best Car Buying Experience I had the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. At 34 I have only purchased 6 vehicles from a dealer and by far Midlothian I had the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. At 34 I have only purchased 6 vehicles from a dealer and by far Midlothian BMW far exceeded my other experiences. All of the staff were great, especially our sales consultant Moe Salem. He put no pressure on me, and knew exactly what vehicle fit my needs before I even knew. He stayed in touch with me for over a week and even still follows up with me to see how things are going, and respected the "analytical" side of me which involves research and taking my time in a decision. Unfortunately, when I finally decided to purchase the vehicle I liked, someone else was at the dealership and they decided to purchase it. I was 2 minutes too late, but the staff found me another vehicle at a better deal immediately! I was amazed!!! It was ready for me 2 days later, and Christmas was one of the days. I will forever purchase BMW's because of this experience and especially at this dealership. I can't imagine working with anyone else. Plus BMW's are great, and believe it or not, affordable! More

The folks here from management ,sales to the service department really care about the customer. I would highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for honesty and great customer service before and after the sale. After buying a car here, they do know your name after the sale! Just want to thank personally Rochan, Aaron and Joe for going above and beyond to make our car purchase go easy and smooth. Of course I cannot forget to thank Jimmy in finance for getting us through the paperwork in a timely manner since my autistic son was not too happy with us trading our car. Really appreciate you all for being so nice and taking care of us after the sale. Also would like to say thank you to Lance in the service department for always taking care of me with our previous BMW's.
