I called and talked to Brandon Beckner about what kind of car, how much I wanted to pay for a monthly payment. He was so nice and helpful. Within a day he had found my dream car. I recently purchased a used BMW 335D from the Midlothian BMW Dealership. This is my first BMW purchase, after visiting other BMW Dealers looking for the car that I wanted, and was fortunate to find the car BMW Dealership. This is my first BMW purchase, after visiting other BMW Dealers looking for the car that I wanted, and was fortunate to find the car that met my expectations at Midlothian. I was impressed with the treatment I received from the employees. There were some issues with the car that needed to be resolved prior to my receipt of the ve hicle, and I couldn’t have been more pleased by the service. General Manager Joe Chapman approved the delivery of the car to me, which certainly helped me a lot, since I was traveling from out of state to test drive the car, and do paperwork. Bob Nance, the Sales Manager, met me at the door when I came to test drive the car, and made me feel right at home. He checked with me frequently throughout the buying process to assure that no problems arose. It was a pleasure just speaking with him, due to his very colorful background. Client Advisor Brandon Beckner is the man that made this deal for me. I had been looking at a very similar 335D in Alexandria, and Mr. Beckner helped me compare the two vehicles, explaining the options and how they functioned. He helped me make my decision, without the high pressure sales pitch that can be so annoying. He was a professional, yet made you feel comfortable dealing with him. He went out of his way to assist me with financing issues, and took the lead in explaining the BMW customer philosophy. I am bringing the performance of these individuals to your attention, because I found their performance to be exceptional in the automotive sales business. The dealership at Midlothian has a welcoming atmosphere that I was truly impressed with. More

Josh has a vast knowledge and experience with BMW 7 series. (this is only car we worked together on) He has mastered the options packages and provides good and truthful council for the options I should series. After the car was delivered he demonstrated his working knowledge on how to set the car up for my needs and effectively explained the operation of the vehicle. The new technical advances are very superior for this new car and if you don't put them to use and fully understand them you are really wasting your money. He is smart, detailed oriented and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the car. You can put your trust in the gentleman. More
While the sales team was courteous and eager to please ( naturally), the service department left a sour impression on my initial visit. The service associate assigned to me was only interested in upselling various products I had no interest in which is fine, we all have a job to do. I had the tires rotated and the yearly service performed. There were no issues with the work so I thought. I subsequently had to have a tire replaced and took the car to my local Goodyear only to find out the tire lock was missing. The service manager advised me to check all over the car as sometimes the technician will leave the lock in various places. Thanks buddy, I never would have thought of that! He went on to inform me I cannot order a replacement but would have to bring the vehicle in to have replacements installed and that was my only option. I reminded him I am an hour away and would not be making the drive to correct an error that they had made. He was courteous the entire time but not helpful in resolving the situation. I felt other options were available but not offered. Attention to the small details leave lasting impressions. The sales team was very good at executing these and made the experience seemless and a pleasure. The service team did not on both occasions. Since both go hand in hand for a dealership I cannot recommend Richmond BMW. More
After an extensive search, we decided on the BMW X3. We had visited this dealership early in our search and were impressed with the staff, but decided to continue looking. Over the next weeks, we returned a couple more times. Each time, we were met with courtesy and patience. The staff were knowlegeable and accomodating. They seemed genuinely concerned that we choose the car that best met our needs, not just a BMW. Once we made our decision, Roshan and Bob spent time searching for and acquiring the perfect car for me. Brandon was unfailingly kind and helpful during all our visits. We took delivery on Saturday, March 2, and couldn't be happier. Thank you to everyone who helped with this important purchase. More
