We genuinely feel that we can trust them with our 2012 BMW 750Li and our new 2025 X5. Regardless of which staff members we interact with, we are always treated like family at Richmond BMW Midlothian. Everyone speaks to us, answers our questions, and provides great service. The building is well maintained, offering fresh coffee throughout the day and free snacks as well. Special mention goes to Finance Manager Kobe Walker, who helped us understand the terms of our agreement and provided additional services for our peace of mind. Our wonderful sales professional showed us our dream X5, and Mr. Mason, the Sales Manager, provided us with an awesome deal.
