The work is done in the time it is promised and the quote was right on target. Jeff is my usual Customer Service Rep and he is awesome. I took my car in for an oil service and forgot to tell them about my air conditioner. I called later that day, took my car back and Jeff gave me a loaner until my car was finished today...right on time as promised and the price for repairs was on target. Thank you to Jeff and the entire staff, including the girls who take my money. Great job!!!!!!! I love my BMW. More

Abandoned after Sale Purchased a brand new 2015 X5. After a bait and switch settled on ordering a car, fair price nice sales people. Once car was eventually delivered it stalled on the interstate stranding my wife. Less than 3 weeks old with less than 700 miles and the fuel pump fails. Was told it will take 2 weeks to get as there are none in the US. BMW is well aware of a fleet wide fuel pump issue but will not tell you before you buy. Once you buy the car you are left to deal with BMW. This dealership will do minimum to act on your behalf. My recommendation based on my experience is to look elsewhere. More
