After months of searching, we found one listed on the web at Richmond BMW Midlothian at an attractive price. All it took was a quick call at 7:00 pm on Dec. 30, and in twenty minutes we were at the dealer. The vehicle had been driven into the warm service bay for us to look it over while it was 28 deg. outside. All it took was a brief "kick the tires" and a drive around the block to know that this was the right vehicle for us. Matt and the rest of the sales staff were courteous and professional allowing us to stay late to complete the paperwork so that we could drive the vehicle off the lot the next day. This has been the easiest and most pleasant car purchasing experience to date. The staff at Richmond BMW Midlothian treated us like one would treat a family member. They listened to what we wanted, and did their very best to deliver it. They didn't just sell us a car. From that minute on, he was friendly, professional, and on his mission. Within 24 hours we had a deal struck - over the phone! He connected us with Bobby Wyatt who was fantastic. He looked out for the best deal scenario for us and made it happen. When we went to pick up our car, we were greeted by Rick Rossano the manager, and he was so welcoming. The instant we walked in, we felt like pampered guests. We worked with Jimmy Poole in Finance and again, another awesome employee. He made the “paper work” fun. Lastly, Roshan went out with us and showed us all the features of our car, and made sure we had no questions and completely comfortable with everything before we left. Our whole experience was smooth, and communication was constant - well worth the 200 miles we drove to use this dealer rather than our local dealer in Lynchburg (who were terrible). Great First Custom Build Experience I am a loyal BMW owner. My 2001 325i was 14 years old with 208,000 miles on it but still going strong. Due to traveling a lot for work, my husband thought it was time to get a new car that would have all the features I always wanted. I actually test drove the 3 series and the 2 at another dealership. They were really trying to get us to buy what was on the lot and didn't seem interested in us custom ordering. So we looked at other dealerships. My husband checked the internet and Midlothian BMW was very responsive to what we were looking for and helped him through the build process. They exceeded our expectations by having my car ready a week before my birthday! Fantastic service! Roshan and Justin were so helpful and educating (as I am technology challenged!) showing me all of the new features on my car. I absolutely love my 228xi!
